◇Blade grinding and hardening
・Inputting materials into the equipment
The blade material comes in rolls weighing about 10 to 20 kg.
・Monitoring equipment that has received materials, and clearing and restoring errors
Each person will be responsible for 3 to 5 units.
・Transport the completed blade to the next process
It comes with a dedicated cart so it can be easily transported.
◇Inspect products for scratches, dirt, foreign objects, etc.
Once a day, you will inspect the blades after work is completed.
You will work in a dedicated testing room.
◇Inspection records entered on a PC
Once you get used to it, you will be able to inspect and maintain the equipment,
